Contrary to what we've been taught and how we've been trained to behave, our anger is a sacred source of power; a holy expression of passion, and the ignition of a fire that will heal humanity and the earth.
When safely touched, our rage unlocks grief and moves us from repressed + disempowered to embodied in our truest, most primal nature.
This gathering is a prayer for the collective; for all our relations... a reclamation of our right to express honestly + loudly. We choose this work for our ancestors; to heal what they couldn't. We walk to our edge - our threshold of transformation - and soften there, for that is where we forge a path of reconciliation. And together in sisterhood, our shared expression ignites the flame of our aliveness, our purpose, our devotion, our conviction and our unity.
In this mini-retreat experience…
You will learn to safely derepress, emote and express your most intense emotions.
You will mature your relationship to your pain by turning towards it and being held in it.
You will discover liberation in being loud and taking up space.
You will take radical responsibility for your healing.
We will burn away patriarchal illusions and remember the unstoppable power of women in unity.
We will create spaces where softness and ferocity can co-exist.
Our cries and our roars will yield deep reconciliation for us and for all our relations.
